1 Kanal Modern & Sophisticated House Design

This 1 Kanal modern & sophisticated house designed with a composition of various modern elements. There is a low terrace over the car porch. A tall stone textured wall in the middle divides the whole elevation in two major volumes. There is a window on the left side, partially shaded by pergolas. On the right side, a shade is projected over the first floor window, adding another horizontal element to the whole composition. Vertical grooves are added on the extreme right to break the monotony of this overall façade. There is a huge window on the ground floor, opening towards the front lawn. A very neutral material palette makes this elevation design appear very modern and sophisticated.
LAYOUT
There is a spacious car parking at the left side of this house. A lawn is added at the front in the setbacks. An entrance podium leads us to a spacious double height lobby, which not only connects us to the drawing room, dining room and the living room, but also connects us to the first floor and basement through the spacious staircase. A powder room has been added in a corner of the drawing room cum dining area.
A spacious open kitchen opens into the living room. A dirty kitchen and laundry area are also placed above the kitchen. A store is added beside the dirty kitchen, opening into the lobby shared by the two bedrooms at the rear of the house. The two bedrooms have walk in closets and attached bathrooms. A spacious eight feet wide passage has been left at the back. Two sunken areas have been added on the right side and at the rear of this floor to provide ventilation for the basement.
The basement opens into another spacious lobby, connecting us to a bedroom with attached bathroom and a built in closet. This lobby also leads us to the study and the living room. Living room and study share their views into the beautiful indoor pool. The pool can be accessed by another lobby at the back, which also connects us to the two bedrooms with walk in closets and attached bathrooms. The pool has an adjacent changing room and a filtration room. A spacious sunken area provides views to both bedrooms at the back.
Coming to the first floor, a mini store has been added at the terrace level, beside it. There is a spacious bedroom at the front with a walk in closet and an attached bathroom. Another spacious store has been added beside it. The living room has been placed in the middle, which has its views towards the terrace. A mini kitchen has been added beside the living room to add convenience and independence of this floor. Two bedrooms with walk in closets and attached bathrooms are added at the back. A servant room has also been added which can be accessed from a metal staircase from the rear passage.
