This Modern elevation is designed using a neutral color palate, off white and brown, in order to avoid giving it a small, congested look it would have had if darker color palate was used. Furthermore, the bands running on the facade are not only eye-catching elements, but also helps in visually balancing the entire front. Overall, the elevation is quite elegant and beautiful.

Floor Plan: Modern 3 Marla House Design double story

The floor plans, however, proved to be a design challenge for an architect as it is hard to plan out such small land. Nevertheless, the challenge was executed amazingly. This double floor plan design, ground and first floor respectively, is based on open plan concept.

The ground floor has a separate drawing room. The size of drawing room is rather good for a 3 Marla House which is actually surprising. The sitting and kitchen are combined to give more spacious feel to this otherwise small space. This is naturally lit and ventilated by the patio placed in the middle of spaces: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom have good ventilation through the patio. The sizes of bed and bath both are considerably average.

For First floor, the same concept follows as that on ground floor. The beds and baths are averaged size. The spaces, kitchen, sitting, bedroom and bathrooms, are well lit and ventilated. Overall, it is a good design for 3 Marla house.
