Modern Triple Storey Five Marla House Plan

ELEVATION

This modern triple storey five marla house features a very modern and minimalist elevation design. The front façade is punctured with tall windows, flooding the interior with daylight and providing views outside. The tall glass window in the middle provides a focal point. The mass around it has been protruded and finished with brick textured grey tiles. A minimalist balcony breaks the monotony of this volume. The balcony is finished in matt black, just like the volume on the right side on ground floor. The rest of the façade is finished in plaster stucco. Wooden panels are used to finish the car porch ceiling and the shade extending from the second floor. Glass railings emphasize the minimalist approach towards this design.

LAYOUT

This proposed design presents a five marla triple storey house tailored for a standard 25 by 45 feet plot. The layout features a generous car porch at the front. Two five feet wide passages have been left at the front and at the back to accommodate the setbacks.

Upon entry through the main entrance positioned on the right side wall of the car porch, one is greeted by the drawing room, which seamlessly flows into a spacious stair hall cum living area and a mini dining nook. A small powder room is tucked beneath the stairs. Behind the stairway is a bedroom with an attached bathroom. A kitchen has been placed beside the bedroom, opening into the living room. A doorway from the kitchen offers access to the rear passage, facilitating potential laundry use.

The first floor hosts a central, spacious living room, flanked by two bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The rear bedroom includes an additional store room, while the front one features a charming balcony space. A terrace situated at the front is accessible from the living room, providing an inviting outdoor retreat.

The second floor mirrors the layout of the first, with a bedroom boasting a walk-in closet and attached bathroom at the back. A mini living room equipped with a kitchenette eliminates the need to go downstairs for simple refreshments like a cup of tea. Additionally, a huge terrace at the front enhances the outdoor living experience on this floor.
