This Multi-Story Apartment Building design is proposed for a four Storey apartment building, covering an area of around one Kanal in Lahore. The ground floor is primarily dedicated to parking, with several spaces available, including accessible parking for those with mobility needs. This area ensures convenient parking for multiple vehicles, helping to alleviate any parking challenges for the building’s occupants. In addition to the parking facilities, the ground floor houses an office space, intended for administrative or security purposes. Adjacent to the parking is a garbage collection space, ensuring easy waste management for the building’s residents. A small lobby near the entrance provides access to both the stairs and an elevator, offering smooth vertical circulation within the building.
Moving to the residential sections, the first floor features three apartment units, all designed as 2BHK (two bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen) apartments. Each unit is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and functionality. Upon entering the apartments, residents will find a spacious living room that flows into an open kitchen, fostering a sense of openness and connection. Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. One of the bedrooms in each unit has balcony access, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor space.
