This is new ten marla house map with 7 bedrooms. We design this ten marla house map with different layout plan in which we make 4 floors basement, ground floor and first floor. First we discuss it elevation and next we will discuss its floors with you.

ELEVATION

This modern ten marla house map features a blend of materials and textures, resulting in an eye catching and visually interesting elevation design. Car porch is shaded by a lower terrace. Huge windows puncture the volumes and open views towards the lawn. terrace is covered by another element providing shade from the sun and rain. Different textures in grey blend with the splashes of natural wooden textures to create this beautiful and harmonized façade.

LAYOUT

This ten marla house map constitutes three floors, which include ground floor, first floor and the basement. There is a spacious car porch, leading to the double height entrance cum stair lobby. The lobby opens up into the living room and dining room and also gives access to a small powder room. There is a spacious kitchen, complete with its service kitchen and a laundry area. Two bedrooms with walk in closets and attached bathrooms are located at the back.
The stair lobby in the basement opens into a similar layout of the living room and the dining area. A kitchen counter has been accommodated behind the dining area. A spacious powder room has also been provided. There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms on this floor. A huge store room is provided to accommodate all the stuff not in use. The view of the living room opens into the beautiful sunken patio, which not only provides views but also provides ventilation and daylight to the basement. The patio boasts a mini sitting area as well.
The same staircase leads us to the first floor. At this level, there is a huge void between the stairs, providing a connection between both floors. There is a lounge and a mini kitchen counter in the middle. The view of the lounge opens towards the terrace, nestled in the middle of this layout. A bedroom with a spacious walk in closet and a bathroom is provided at the front. Two more bedrooms with closet spaces and attached bathrooms are located at the back. These bedrooms are placed slightly higher than the rest of the floor and can easily be accessed by a couple of steps.
