Once the surface is ready, all visible cracks and damaged areas are carefully filled and repaired to stop future seepage and leakage issues. After crack treatment, we apply a primer coat using a very thin mixture of Sikalastic®-510 with water to improve adhesion and prepare the surface for waterproofing.
In the next step, we apply the first coat of Sikalastic®-510 evenly across the roof surface. After the first coat, a high-quality fiber mesh is installed on top to strengthen the waterproofing layer and improve crack resistance. Finally, we complete the process with a final coat of Sikalastic®-510 over the fiber mesh, creating a durable, heat-reflective, and long-lasting waterproof protection system for your roof.
