The Modern And Sleek House Design of this beautiful double storey house features a modern and sleek architectural style. Four marble textured black stone panels are placed on the left side of the balcony. Rope light running around them is adding a layer of luxury and enhancing the overall luxurious look because of use of natural stone and neutral colors. Louvers are added on the other side of the balcony to provide privacy to the terrace behind. The front terrace is being framed by a white band of columns and beam, showcasing the corner window behind.

Shiplap texture on the rest of the walls of this modern elevation is giving this elevation a somewhat sleek appearance. Huge windows puncture the walls and provide transparency and a sense of connection with the interior.
