The front of your house is the first thing your guests, neighbours and future buyers see. On a large plot, a good home front design has to look grand without looking heavy. This design does that with a calm, modern palette and natural textures, and it is backed by a full house drawing set for every floor.

This home front design in Pakistan is a modern, luxurious 3 storey house on a 90' × 107' plot (about 2 Kanal). The front uses off-white and grey tiles, wooden textured louvers and brick framing around the windows. The house has 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 9,288 sq. ft. of covered area.

The Home Front Design – Tiles, Wooden Louvers and Brick

The front pairs off-white and grey tiles with wooden textured louvers. Brick walls and brick framing around the windows add warmth and character, while the neutral colours keep the look modern and calm.

Many large houses in Pakistan try to impress with too many materials. This home front design uses only three: tile, wood texture and brick. The off-white and grey tiles form clean, light surfaces that stay cool in the sun. The wooden textured louvers shade the windows and add a warm, natural feel. The brick framing around the windows gives the front depth and a touch of tradition. The result is a luxurious house front that looks expensive because it is well balanced, not because it is busy.

How We Design Home Front for a Large Plot

To design home front elevations for a big plot, we break the house into separate "masses" or blocks, give each one a view of a lawn, and repeat a small set of materials so the front reads as one calm design.

A 90-foot-wide plot gives plenty of frontage, and a single flat wall that wide would look like an office block. Instead, the house is arranged as connected masses. Some face the main lawn, and others face the private lawn, so every main room gets a green view and the front has natural steps in and out. A curved line of lawn at the entrance softens the approach and leads guests to the door.

Front Design of House in Pakistan – Built for Our Climate

A good front design of house in Pakistan must handle strong summer sun, monsoon rain and dust. Louvers that shade the windows, light-coloured tiles that reflect heat, and hard-wearing brick all help this front stay cool and look good for years.

Pakistani summers are long and hot, so shade matters as much as looks. The wooden textured louvers cut direct sun on the glass, which keeps rooms cooler and lowers air-conditioning bills. Tiles and brick are easy to clean after dust storms and rain, and they keep their colour far longer than ordinary paint. If you want a different colour scheme or material, such as stone cladding instead of brick, our team can redesign the front without changing the floor plans.

Ground Floor – Drawing Room, Bethak and Double-Height Living

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached bathrooms, a drawing room, a Bethak, a double-height living room with a dining bar, and a kitchen connected to the laundry and storage.

The ground floor separates guests from family life. The drawing room and the Bethak, a traditional sitting room for male guests, sit near the entrance. Deeper inside, the double-height living room is the heart of the house, with a dining bar for casual meals and a tall, open feel that only a large house can offer. The kitchen links directly to the laundry and storage, so daily work stays out of sight. The three bedrooms here suit parents or elderly family members.

First Floor – 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen and Terraces on Three Sides

The first floor has 3 bedrooms with attached closets and bathrooms, a good-sized kitchen, and terraces on three sides that look over the lawns.

With its own kitchen, the first floor can run as a separate portion for a married son's family. The terraces on three sides are a rare feature: they give every side of the floor an outdoor space, bring in light and air, and look down over the lawns and the double-height living room.

Second Floor – 2 Bedrooms and a Servant Quarter

The second floor has 2 bedrooms with attached closets and bathrooms, plus a separate servant quarter.

The top floor gives two more bedrooms some privacy, which suits grown-up children or guests. The servant quarter is kept separate from the family rooms, as most large households in Pakistan prefer.
