New Elegant 10 Marla House Plan

We will disuses new elegant 10 Marla house plan elevation design and its layout plan. This modern elevation design boasts huge windows and a blend of concrete and marble textured tiles. A narrow terrace occupies the whole front façade. Glass railing is used for the parapet of the terrace and the sunken areas for the basement.

LAYOUT

Ground floor features spacious and open planning to make this house look bigger. There is a powder room placed beside the entrance. A staircase to access first floor and basement is located right in front of this lobby. A huge living room cum dining area is placed at the front of the house, opening views towards the lawn. The kitchen is provided behind the dining room. A spacious bedroom along with its walk in closet and attached bathroom are placed at the back. Sunken areas in the setbacks provide ventilation and light for the basement.
The basement is utilized to accommodate two spacious bedrooms, walk in closets and attached bathrooms. A narrow but spacious lounge cum kitchenette is provided in front of the stair lobby. An extra room for store is given under the powder room for extra convenience.
The first floor has three bedrooms and attached bathrooms, along with ample closet space. Another terrace is provided at the back. An additional servant room with a restroom occupies a corner, which can easily be accessed by the spiral staircase in the rear passage.
