This is a typical 3 Marla house map with double floor. The smaller the space the more difficult it is for a designer to do the zoning. 3 Marla house is quite a challenge.

Elevation

The Rockwall on the main front mass with double heighted glass window is the eye-catching element of the elevation. It immediately draws attention to any passerby. The dark brown louvers on the front are added to create a visual balance in the masses of the elevation. The white wall with grooves is another adding factor that adds beauty to the elevation.

Floor Plan

This is double story house with 2 bedrooms, one on each floor. The sitting and dining area are combined. Due to space constraints, these spaces are combined to give an open effect otherwise it would have looked congested. There is an open kitchen with dining. A small patio is given to ventilate the bedroom and kitchen. Furthermore, the plan of first floor is typical to ground floor. The only difference is that a terrace is constructed on the porch. Overall, the plan is quite practical.
