Overview
This impressive living Room Cum Dining Area , along with a mini kitchen counter is the very definition of luxury meeting practicality. This hall is located in the basement of a spacious house. A huge window opens views towards the patio. Two comfortable three seater sofas make most of the living room space. A dining table occupies a little are in front of the kitchen counter on the opposite side. The walls are finished in a soft shade of beige. Wooden trims are used in rectangular form to frame wall sconces and artwork.
The floor has been lightly textured cream tiles, while the black granite is used for skirting and border. The ceiling is finished in white, with cornice running at the periphery. The ceiling design also discriminates both living and dining area.
The mini kitchen counter occupies a whole wall behind the dining table. The bottom and top cabinets are finished in charcoal grey. A stove and a sink are provided over the white marble counter top. Upper cabinets have wooden shutters with rope light running under them. Half of the wall over the counter is embellished with small rectangular mirrors, with thin wooden trims in white further framing them.
A little lobby connects this living room space to a bedroom at the back.
