The new spectacular Spanish elevation design of this Spanish-style building is strikingly beautiful with its almost symmetrical composition. The wide glass entrance is the focal point of the elevation, and is shaded by a projection that extends over the entrance steps and ramp.
The classic rectangular windows and niches are repeated throughout the elevation, creating a sense of rhythm. The simple yet elegant design of the windows and niches adds to the charm of the building. The use of arched windows on the second floor adds grandeur to the design, drawing attention upwards.
Although the elevation is a single volume, the various projections, pilasters, and moldings give it a very interesting and dynamic appearance. The combination of these architectural elements creates a visually pleasing façade.
