ELEVATION DESIGN

The three-story mini apartment building stands as a testament to modern architectural elegance on a corner plot. Its sleek, modern elevation design seamlessly blends contemporary materials with practicality. The exterior features a combination of clean lines, huge windows, and a beautiful mixture of materials, such as glass, stone, and textured concrete panels. The corner placement not only maximizes natural light exposure but also offers panoramic views from the corner windows.

LAYOUT

This unit design is proposed for a corner plot. The car porch is accessed from the deeper side of this site. A wicket gate is placed at the front. A staircase, which is placed beside the car porch, leads the way upstairs. This building has eight bedrooms and a total of six independent units.
The main entrance is from the other side. There is an entrance lobby, which gives access to the two units. The layout for both units has been mirrored. There is a spacious living room, complete with a built in kitchen corner in both units. The living room then gives entrance to the bedroom. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a spacious attached bathroom. The unit at the front has an additional entrance, through the car porch.
On the first floor, a spacious bedroom with attached bathroom has been placed at the front, over the car porch. The stair lobby at the front leads us to both units, the one at the front and the one in the middle. Same layout has been followed for the rest of the floor.
The second level is accessed by the staircase at the front. On the second level, the whole floor has been utilized for one spacious unit, complete with three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms at the front has been facilitated with an attached bathroom. Another common but spacious bathroom has been provided for the rest of the floor.
There is a huge living room in the middle. a complete galley style open kitchen serves the residents of this unit.
