This Grey and white elevation of this house is designed in Modern style. The overall color palette is kept rather subtle. A play of various textures through materials can be seen on the main façade. All in all, the elevation is quite decent and good for 5 Marla House.
Floor Plan
The house comprises of two floors namely ground and first. The ground floor has a very simple and spacious plan. It has one bedroom with combined living and drawing area. It is close kitchen with good sized back passage that can be used as laundry area area or dirty kitchen.
For First floor, two bedrooms with bathroom area designed with combine living and dining area plus open kitchen. An average sized front terrace is given.
