This Five Marla House with Modern Angular Facade & Spacious Layout Elevation elevation design showcases a modern charm with a clean and geometric layout. The facade uses a mix of materials, including textured concrete, wood paneling, and cream-colored stone tiles, which create a visual interest. The upper floor features a large, horizontal window framed by a protruding concrete structure with an angular form.
On the right side, the ventilator is framed with warm-toned wood panels. The wood paneling is also repeated on the boundary wall below, creating a cohesive connection between the main building and the front boundary. The gate is metallic with horizontal lines, which complement the horizontal window designs, adding a sleek touch to the entryway. The overall palette of neutral tones, including grey, cream, and wood finishes, contributes to a harmonious and sophisticated appearance. Small green landscaping elements soften the look and bring a natural element to the modern facade.
Layout
The layout of this five Marla house is designed to align with DHA Lahore’s bylaws, featuring a five-foot front passage and three-foot passages on the side and back. The exterior displays a modern elevation with a blend of textured concrete, cream stone tiles, and warm wood paneling. The car porch on the right side leads to a spacious drawing cum living room. A staircase integrated into this space adds to the open feel, with a powder room efficiently placed underneath the landing.
The kitchen, located behind the staircase, provides ample workspace, and a bedroom with an attached bathroom and wardrobe space is situated at the rear of the ground floor. On the first floor, a small central living room connects two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom—one positioned at the front and the other at the back. A mini kitchen is tucked behind the stairs, offering added functionality. The whole design maximizes space utilization and is perfect for a small family.
