Modern And Sleek House Design

The Modern And Sleek House Design of this beautiful double storey house features a modern and sleek architectural style. Four marble textured black stone panels are placed on the left side of the balcony. Rope light running around them is adding a layer of luxury and enhancing the overall luxurious look because of use of natural stone and neutral colors. Louvers are added on the other side of the balcony to provide privacy to the terrace behind. The front terrace is being framed by a white band of columns and beam, showcasing the corner window behind.
Shiplap texture on the rest of the walls is giving this elevation a somewhat classical appearance. Huge windows puncture the walls and provide transparency and a sense of connection with the interior.

LAYOUT

This house features a very spacious and open layout. There is an ample garage at the entrance. It can easily accommodate two cars. A wide lawn has been left at the front. Drawing room is connected from both inside and outside and enjoys the beautiful views towards the front lawn.
Upon entrance, one is greeted by a spacious double storey living room cum dining area. An open kitchen is provided beside it. The staircase to upstairs is located behind the drawing room. Apart from drawing room, all of these spaces are connected and enjoy an open plan. A patio in the middle not only gives light and views but also provides ventilation to the open kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and closets are located at the back.
Coming to the first floor, one is greeted by the openness due to the double height living room. There is a bedroom with walk in closet and attached bathroom at the front. A spacious and private terrace is provided at the front.
Ground floor layout has been repeated for the rear bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Another terrace has been placed in the middle of this floor, overlooking the patio below.
