This double-storey 12 Marla house features an elevation design that redefines luxury in a modern setting. The material palette has been kept neutral and blends perfectly with the natural texture of wood. The huge wooden entrance door is highlighted by its geometric pattern in brass inlay. A balcony hanging over the door further emphasizes the entrance. Dark brown PVC fluted panels finish the wall behind the balcony. On the right side, a wide column stands tall, with two vertical grooves running in the middle. The column supports the shade over the windows.
There are no windows given on the left side volume, giving it a slightly brutal appearance. The terrace is accessed by a window on the side instead. This wall is finished in lightly textured grey paint, with vertical grooves running all over the front facade. Light fixtures added on this face are incorporated into the design. The terrace on this side is kept a little low to provide shade to the car porch below.
